We are aware of issues with the *#100# and *#200# codes for checking Pay as you Go credit and Roaming allowances, as well as issues with applying a Pay as you Go topup vouchers via the handset.

Until then Pay as you Go balance and Roaming allowances are still able to be checked on MySure, and topup vouchers can be applied by a Customer Support Agent by calling 0808 10 15 247 and providing the voucher Serial Number and PIN.
