Service Announcement - Airtel St Aubins Mast Offline due to Ongoing Work - May 29th, 2026

Out mobile engineers have confirmed that the Airtel mast at St Aubins has been taken offline due to contractors working neat the antennae.

The area is supported by a number of sites, meaning that the impact to services should be limited. However, some customers may still experience issues with making and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts or accessing mobile data during this time.

We expect that this downtime should only last for up to 3 hours and will update this post once we hear the site is back online or if the work will last longer.
