As part of our annual price review, prices for some Sure services will change from 1 July 2026, in line with the Jersey Retail Price Index (RPI).
Prices for broadband, landline and pay monthly mobile plans will increase by up to 2.7%.
Some additional service and usage charges will also change from this date. We understand that price increases are never welcome, and we have aimed to keep these changes as clear and straightforward as possible.
What is RPI?
RPI stands for Retail Price Index. Every quarter, the States of Jersey measure inflation, changes in costs of goods and services, and the cost of living in Jersey, to derive the RPI figure.
When does it come into effect?
The price rises come into effect on the 1 July 2026 and will appear on your first bill after that date.
What can I do to save money?
To get the best value for money we recommend one of our Sure Bundles When you combine a Pay Monthly Mobile plan with a 36-month fibre broadband (250Mbps or faster) you will save £360. This will appear as an automatic discount of £10 per month.
To qualify for a bundle discount, you must have an unlimited pay monthly mobile plan, a home phone service, and an essential broadband plan or above, on the same account.
To receive this discount, your broadband plan needs to be within its minimum term.

What happens to my discount?
If you currently receive a discount on your account, this will not be affected.
