When will I receive my last Airtel bill?

You’ll receive your final bill from Airtel on 21st September and your first bill from Sure at the beginning of October, which will cover the full month ahead.

Because Airtel and Sure use different billing cycles, there will be a one-time adjustment to align your billing dates. The breakdown below explains exactly what to expect and when.

Your final Airtel bill – 21st September

This bill will include:

• Rental in advance for 21st September – 20th October
• Rental in arrears for 21st August – 20th September
• Your Direct Debit date remains 5th October

Your first Sure bill – 1st October

This bill will include:

• Rental in advance for 1st – 31st October
• A credit for rental already paid to Airtel (1st – 20th October)
• A charge for rental not yet billed by Airtel (21st – 30th September)
• Your new Direct Debit date will be 31st October
