Why do I have a Sure and an Airtel bill?

You'll receive your last Airtel bill on 21st September, and your first Sure bill at the start of October, covering the month ahead.

Because Airtel and Sure bill on different dates, we'll make a one-time adjustment on your first Sure bill to line everything up.

Sure bills in advance, so your first bill will cover 1st to 31st October. After that, you’ll receive your bill at the start of each month, with payment due by the end of the month. Direct Debits will be collected on the last working day of the month.

If you’ve already paid Airtel in advance for part of this period, don’t worry - we’ll credit that back to you, and you’ll see the details clearly on your first bill.
