Sure doesn’t block any SMS messages. If the OPT/Verification codes aren’t reaching your phone, it usually means they’re not getting into the network at all. This is common with messages from services like Facebook, Google, or banking apps.
These messages are sent by third-party providers, and they need to have an agreement with mobile networks like Sure to deliver them successfully. If there’s no agreement in place, the messages won’t come through. We recommend contacting the support team of the app or service you're using—they can raise the issue with their provider, and we can work with them to help resolve it.
Sometimes these messages work for a while and then stop, or start working again later. That usually means the provider has changed or updated their agreement with us.
