Service Announcement - Airtel Mast at Les Creux offline due to Maintenance - April 14th, 2026

The mobile team have confirmed the new date of Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, for the work to be carried out.

Once the site is offline some customers around Le Creux Country Park may experience issues with their service.

Should this change again we will update this post.

The mobile team have advised that they have had to postpone the work on this site and will reschedule for another date.

Our Mobile Engineers have confirmed a full structure and antenna replacement is needed on the Airtel mast at Les Creux.

This work will begin at 8am on March 20th, 2026, and will cause a full outage for mobile service in the area while the work is being carried out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

During this time, services may experience issues making and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts or accessing mobile data. Our engineering team hope to complete the work and restore service on the same day.
