The mobile team have advised that there will be a temporary outage on March 29th between 8am - 1pm for some minor cleanup work needed after the install last week.

The work on the mast has been completed, and the site and antenna are back online.

There will be a brief outage Thursday, March 12th between 9am - 12pm to finish up some remaining work on the structure, but the site is expected to come back online once this is completed.
We will update this post when this is completed.

Our mobile engineering team have confirmed that they expect the site to be back online by the end of Wednesday, March 11th.
If there are any unforeseen issues then the outage may extend to the end of Thursday, March 12th.

Our Mobile Engineers have confirmed a full structure and antenna replacement is needed on the Airtel mast at La Prairie Farm.
This work will begin at 8am on March 11th, 2026, and will cause a full outage for mobile service in the area while the work is being carried out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
During this time, services may experience issues making calls, sending texts or accessing mobile data. Our engineering team hope to complete the work and restore service on the same day.
Should this outage need to be extended we will update this post.
