The mobile engineering team carried out routine maintenance on the Airtel mast in Oaklands this morning at 8:30am. However, due to unforeseen weather conditions this maintenance could not be completed, and the site has been left offline until weather conditions improve and the area dries.
During this time, some services may experience issues making calls, sending texts or accessing mobile data.
Out mobile engineering team will provide more information as it becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
