The mobile team have updated us on the work being carried out at First Tower and have advised that the outage will be extended to 6pm today.
During this additional time the team will be working to restore the site and will provide us an update once the work is completed.

The mobile team have confirmed that the work required on the site will be carried out between 8am - 12pm on Friday, March 18th.
Once this work is completed, we will update this post.

The mobile engineering team have confirmed that the mast at First Tower should be online by 13/03/2026.
More updates will be given closer to the date.

Work to complete the maintenance on First Tower has been scheduled for mid-March. Once a date is confirmed, we will update this post.
In the meantime, some services may continue to experience issues with making calls, sending texts or accessing mobile data.

Please note that there will be 2 hours of outage on Wednesday, February 18th due maintenance work needed on the First Tower Mast
It is expected that the outage will last between 10am - 12pm.
During this time, some services may experience issues making calls, sending texts or accessing mobile data.
Out mobile engineering team will provide more information as it becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
