When you move home, we want to make sure your transition to your new property is as smooth as possible. If you are moving and need to install or transfer your broadband service, the house move charges at your new address will be as follows :
Standard House Move: No Engineer Visit Required:

Non-Standard Move: Engineer Visit Required:

Broadband: £10.50

Additional Fibre Work
In some cases, your new property may not already have a fibre connection. If this happens, JT may need to install a Fibre Box or carry out additional fibre infrastructure work before your broadband service can be connected.
If additional work is required:
- Property Assessment: JT will assess what work is needed at your new address.
- Quotation: Where applicable, you'll receive a quote for approval before any work begins.
- Additional Charges: Any charges for this work are set by JT and are separate from your Sure broadband contract.
- Billing: Once the work has been completed, any applicable charges will usually be added to your Sure bill.
