When you move home, we want to make sure your transition to your new property is as smooth as possible. If you are moving and need to install or transfer your broadband service, the connection charges at your new address will depend on the contract term you select.
Charges by Contract Term
12-Month Contract: A £99 connection charge applies for both new services and house moves.
24-Month or 36-Month Contract: There is no connection charge for these contract lengths.
Additional Fibre Work
If JT needs to install a Fibre Box or carry out any additional fibre infrastructure work at your new property, the following applies:
Assessment: JT will assess the specific requirements for your new address.
Quotes: A quote will usually be provided for your approval before any work begins.
Charges: Any applicable charges are set by JT and are separate from your broadband contract.
Billing: These costs will generally be applied to your Sure bill after the work has been completed.
