If you are moving house, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to move your Sure fixed services.
The lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 15 working days **. To avoid delays with access to your services, your services please make sure that you inform us in good time.
** If an engineer is required to attend the property, this can take longer than 15 working days.
What do you need to know when moving house:
- You will need to ensure that you take your router and any router cables with you to the new property.
- If you have Fibre, your ONT will need to remain in situ with all cables, including the Ethernet from your ONT to the router.
- If your new property requires installation of an ONT, the provisioning team at Sure will manage this with you accordingly.

We will need you to provide:
- Sure account number / phone number
- New address including postcode
- Mobile contact number
- Email address
- Moving date - this will need to be a weekday
If you are moving and don't want to transfer your services, use the below form.
Cease of Service Form
Alternatively, request a cease* through your account on MySure or by calling us on 0808 1015247.
We will need you to provide:
- Sure account number / phone number
- Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
- Forwarding address
*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.
