As a registered MySure account holder, you can now invite family members or colleagues to view your account details. You have the flexibility to grant them access to your entire account or limit them to a single service.
How it Works
You can manage your account access using the Manage Users function within your portal.
Inviting a User: When you add a new user, they will receive an email invitation. They must register as a self-service user and authenticate their account to gain access.
Customisable Permissions: You can define specific access levels and permissions for each person you invite, giving you full control over what they can see and do.
Ongoing Management: As the account holder, you maintain control. You can update permissions, add or remove access to specific services, reset passwords, or delete users at any time.
Important Security Notes
Self-Service Only: This feature is for online self-service access only. Invited users will not have access to the main account details held on our formal files unless you provide explicit written permission to Sure separately.
Account Holder Responsibility: Please note that Sure has no control over who you choose to invite to view your account. The management of these invitations and permissions is entirely at the discretion of the Account Holder.
