How do I cancel my service?

To cancel a service with Sure we normally require 30 days notice in writing as per our terms and conditions.

Please send an email to hello@sure.com in the first instance stating the date for the cease, the account number, service number(s) and the reason for the cancellation.

We will respond with a quote to cancel and advise the next steps.
