How do I check my balance?

To check your balance just dial *#100# from your handset at any time while on Island.

When Roaming you can dial *#200# to show your Roaming Balance, this will also show the balance of any Data Roaming Boosters added.

Please note *#200#  is not an accurate balance checker so we recommend to it's best to use My Sure online or My Sure App**
