Fibre Broadband Connection Charges: Jersey

If you are ordering a new fibre broadband service in Jersey, your connection charges depend on the length of the contract you choose.

Contract Options & Connection Charges

• 12-Month Contract: A £99 connection charge applies to all new broadband services. This fee is standard regardless of whether an engineer visit is required.

• 24-Month or 36-Month Contract: There is no connection charge for these contract lengths.

Additional Installation & Network Work

In some instances, additional infrastructure work may be required to set up your fibre service (e.g., installing an Optical Network Terminal or completing property-specific fibre works).

• Managed by JT: This work is performed by JT, our infrastructure partner.

• Quotes and Costs: JT will typically provide a quote for any additional work before it is carried out. Please note that these charges are determined by JT and are separate from Sure's connection fees.

• Billing: Once the work is completed and approved, the costs will typically be added to your Sure bill.
