Fibre Broadband Connection Charges: Jersey

If you are ordering a new fibre broadband service in Jersey, your connection charges depend on the length of the contract you choose.

Contract Options & Connection Charges

• 12-Month Contract: A £99 connection charge applies to all new broadband services. This fee is standard regardless of whether an engineer visit is required.

• 24-Month or 36-Month Contract: There is no connection charge for these contract lengths.

Additional Fibre Work

In some cases, your new property may not already have a fibre connection. If this happens, JT may need to install a Fibre Box or carry out additional fibre infrastructure work before your broadband service can be connected.

If additional work is required: 

• Property Assessment: JT will assess what work is needed at your new address.
• Quotation: Where applicable, you'll receive a quote for approval before any work begins.
• Additional Charges: Any charges for this work are set by JT and are separate from your Sure broadband contract.
• Billing: Once the work has been completed, any applicable charges will usually be added to your Sure bill.
