Understanding your Bill

The first bill page shows an overview of the following: 
 

✓ Your total charges, 

✓ Rental charges,

✓ usage charges, 

✓ Any credits for all the services on the account.

On the top right hand side shows your billing name and address as well as your account details and the date that the bill was produced.

The second page is any helpful tips or frequently asked questions you may have, regarding your account or service. 

The third  page shows your account summary, where you will see
 

✓ each service number with their individual rental and usage charges

✓ any credits that have been applied to the account. 

The summary shows the last bill date the bill you made your last payment and any balance outstanding. 

There is also a rental summary that shows

✓ how many services are on the account 

✓ how much they cost each.

Below your rental summary you will find a summary of usage for the whole account and how much it will all cost. 

If you scroll further down you will see each individual service listed with 

✓ The plan name 

✓ The cost for the Plan 

✓ The usage for that service
