Each year, our prices increase in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) published by the States of Jersey.
We understand that price rises are something most of us would like to avoid, but it enables us to sustain investments in our networks, products and services across the island.
Our Pay Monthly Mobile, Home Phone and Fibre Broadband services will increase by up to 2.3% on 1st July 2025.
What is RPI?
RPI stands for Retail Price Index. Every quarter, the States of Jersey measure inflation, changes in costs of goods and services, and the cost of living in Jersey, to derive the RPI figure.
When does it come into effect?
The price rises come into effect on 1st July 2025 and will appear on your first bill after that date.
What can I do to save money?
To get the best value for money we recommend combining your mobile with your broadband to save £240.
Sure’s Bundle provides a discount of £10 per month. This is automatically applied as a discount on your bill when you have an Unlimited Pay Monthly Mobile, Home Phone and a broadband plan on the same account.
To receive this discount, your broadband plan needs to be within its minimum term.

More than one mobile on your account?
If you have more than one mobile on your account, you can save money with our Sharer plans.
These plans share the unlimited data, calls and texts of the main Unlimited Standard or Unlimited Max plan. For only £19 per month, add family members now and reduce your monthly bills.
What happens to my discount?
If you currently receive a discount on your account, this will not be affected.

How do I manage my account?
We recommend that you register for MySure, as a place to manage you account, service subscriptions and access your bills online. Register or log in to MySure.
I’m not happy about these changes and I’d like to speak to someone about it, what do I do?
We take customers concerns extremely seriously. Please contact us on 0808 10 15 247 and our advisors will be able to review the changes with you; there may be an opportunity to save you money by reviewing your current services and our advisors are here to help.
