We are experiencing an intermittent issue with top ups and balance enquiry functionality meaning customers may not be able to top up successfully to retrieve their balance via #100.
Engineers are aware and working on the issue as priority and we hope to have service restored soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause customers.
