Update 19:20 - RESOLVED:
Issue now fully resolved. We apologise to customers for the inconvenience caused.


Update 15:10:

Engineers have been able to restore data service to customers affected by this issue.  Calls and SMS remain unavailable and we continue to work on a resolution as a priority.  We are sorry for the ongoing inconvenience caused to customers.


Update 11:45:

This issue is ongoing.  Engineers are working on a solution as a matter of urgency.  We apologise to those customers who are affected by this issue.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with top ups and balance enquiry functionality meaning customers may not be able to top up successfully to retrieve their balance via #100.  


Engineers are aware and working on the issue as priority and we hope to have service restored soon.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause customers.
