Update 13:45 - Engineers have restored data services so customers should now be able to use their services normally. If you continue to experience any issues please reboot your device or switch into airplane mode for a moment which should resolve the issue.
We are currently experiencing a 4G outage - and are looking into this issue as a matter of urgency.
