Moving House - what do I need to do?

If you are moving house please let us know as soon as possible what you would like to do with your phone services.

The lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 15 working days.  To avoid disappointment or delays to your services please make sure that you inform us in good time.

If you are moving and want to take your services with you, use this

House Move Form

Alternatively, request a house move through your account on MySure or by calling us on 0808 1015247.

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • New address including postcode
  • Mobile contact number
  • email address
  • Moving date - this will need to be a weekday

 

If you are moving and don't want to transfer your services, use this

Cease of Service Form

Alternatively, request a cease* through your account on MySure or by calling us on 0808 1015247 

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
  • Forwarding address

*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.
