From 1st July 2019 the cost of selected pay monthly mobile plans are increasing. This small price rise is to ensure that we are able to continue to support investment into our mobile network as well as covering the increasing costs to provide the services that we offer.
The cost of selected pay monthly mobile plans (including mobile broadband) are rising as follows:

If your mobile price plan costs less than £14.99 per month your price increase will be £0.50 per month.

If your mobile price plan costs between £15.00 and £24.99 your price increase will be £1.00 per month.

If your mobile price plan costs £25.00 or more, your price increase will be £1.50 per month.
If you are unsure how much your mobile price plan is currently, please refer to your latest bill. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
From 2020, pay monthly mobile plan pricing will be reviewed annually and may be subject to a Retail Price Index (RPI) increase. Should a RPI increase be applied, it will be based on RPI data published by the States of Jersey.
