Signing up

Before signing up to Sure Broadband, you will need an active telephone line.

If you do not yet have a home phone line at your property, click here to order your line from Sure.

If you are moving your current broadband service from another service provider, simply check that you’re out of contract and then sign up:

Switching it easy and don't worry, you will not lose your broadband connection while the transfer is taking place.

Once you’re connection is ready, we’ll email you your Sure Broadband details and a simple set up guide. It’s really easy but if you need help you can give us a call on 0808 10 15 247.
