Our retail store remains closed today following on from storm Ciaran. Our contact centre is open as normal and available to support customers with any issues they may be experiencing.
Following the damage caused by the storm, our engineers are working hard to restore services for our customers.
We have a few mobile sites still impacted by storm damage meaning there is reduced coverage in some areas. Locations include:
First tower - service restored as of 11:15
Le Marais
Airport x 1 site - service restored as of 15:45
Coverage will be back to normal along St Quens bay and St Peters village. Remaining areas will likely experience reduced indoor coverage until repairs can be made.
