*resolved* 16/5/17 Jersey Fibre landline services out of order


We have just been made aware of an issue effecting fibre landline services across Jersey. Customers are unable to make or receive calls. All services still connected to copper are unaffected and this issue is not effecting broadband.

Engineers are working on a fix as soon as possible, apologies for any inconvenience caused.



The issue has now been resolved.

It will take some time for all customers to re-authenticate and return to their working service.
