Why are you removing this discount from my account?
When we offer our customers discounts, we state that these are for a limited period, usually the duration of a new contract. This Big Bundle discount was for the length of a 24-month contract taken out over 2 years ago.
All contracts have or will have ended by 30th April 2023; therefore, the discount is no longer valid and will no longer appear on your account.
What can I do to get a discount now?
Big Bundle discounts are now based on broadband contracts so just re-sign your broadband with Sure for another 24 months and if you have a current mobile plan and landline on the same account, we can apply the new £10 (incl. GST) discount to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: The new Big Bundle discount will automatically end after the contract minimum term of 24 months is reached and you will not receive any notification.

My mobile is on an older plan, do I need to change it?
Yes, our latest unlimited plans offer the best value for money and legacy plans are slowly being retired.
What is the best way to change to the new discount?

Are there any other discounts or offers I could get?
If you have more than one mobile user on the same account, you could consider a Sharer Plan.
The main plan needs to Standard or a Max and then you can add up to 5 Sharers for £18.00 each per month.
That means you all benefit from UNLIMITED DATA, texts and minutes when on the island, and you share the roaming data that is included if you travel to UK or EU.
