We are aware of an issue with top up and balance check services impacting some customers.
- Customers will be unable to check a balance via *#100# and balances showing on My Sure or the MySure app balance overview page may not be up to date.
- When customers try to top up, some of these are failing.
Engineers are investigating these issues urgently. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and aim to have service restored as soon as possible.
